The 1976 update of the 903 cc Z1 four. It gained a second front disc, a stiffer rear suspension, smaller 26 mm carburettors and a revised electrical system, and its power dropped slightly to 81 hp. It was considered easier to ride than the earlier bike and was sold as the KZ900 in the US and the Z900 elsewhere.
